Each mission puts you on a rooftop with targets somewhere below. You aim carefully and take them out. Poki describes it as a test of accuracy, strategy and reflexes, with special weapons along the way.
The control scheme is one action split in two: press and hold the mouse button to aim, release it to fire. On a phone or tablet the same thing is done with a finger.
The theme is an assassin with a rifle. There is nothing graphic in Poki's description, but it is still a sniper-themed shooting game, which is why the suitability line says what it says.
